Tracking Orders

  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their country.

  • We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue them to avoid customs charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • For damaged items, provide photos as proof. We will assist with a replacement or refund depending on the case.

  • Kraos Blades is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address
