Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please review the following refund and return conditions.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

  • Sale and clearance items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email kraosblades@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.

  • If the issue persists, please contact us directly.
